Self-Leveling Gypsum

Instructions for Use

1. Apply concrete bonding agent evenly over the surface before pouring the self-leveling cement.

2. Mix according to the ratio: 1 bag of cement : 13 liters of water.

3. Let the mixture sit for 1 minute, then mix continuously for 5 minutes.

4. Pour the mixed cement evenly over the surface and spread it out evenly.

5. For large surfaces, plan the leveling process carefully to ensure a uniform surface.

6. Surface will dry within 4 hours and can be walked on after 24 hours. Full drying takes about 7–10 days.

 

Recommendation

• Concrete surfaces must be at least 28 days old.

• The surface must be strong, clean, and free from dust and debris.

Standard usage – 1 bag covers 2 sq.m. at 12 mm thickness
Storage – Shelf life is 6 months from production date
