Gypsum Powder

Instructions for Use

1. Pour clean water into the mixing container (do not pour water into powder directly).

2. Gradually sprinkle gypsum powder into the water.

3. Let it sit undisturbed for 1–2 minutes (recommended mixing ratio: 2 parts powder : 1 part water).

4. Stir until smooth. Do not overmix to avoid fast setting due to heat generation.

5. Pour the mixture into the mold or directly onto the surface to repair.

6. For sealing, wait for initial hardening before further finishing.

7. Let it dry for 5–10 minutes, then sand with 30–60 grit sandpaper (depending on the required finish).

8. Color can be added by mixing pigment with the powder before pouring, or painted afterward.
