Gypsum Adhesive

Application: Installing gypsum boards or lightweight panels onto walls, seal joints, or repair wall surfaces to achieve a smooth finish

Instructions for Use

  1. Clean the wall surface to remove dust, grease, and dirt. If the wall surface is highly porous, apply a primer before use.

  2. Mix BLACKTIGER Gypsum Adhesive with clean water at a ratio of 2.5 parts powder to 1 part water, or 1 bag (25 kg) to 9–11 liters of water.

  3. Stir the mixture until smooth and allow it to rest for about 1–2 minutes.

  4. Apply the mixture onto the board evenly, creating a strip about 30–40 cm wide.

  5. Press the panel firmly onto the wall immediately. Adjust alignment if necessary.

  6. Use the mixture to seal gaps, cracks, or edges. Wait for the first layer to dry before sanding or applying more.

  7. Clean all tools with water immediately after use.
